Located right in the little town, less than one half mile from restaurants , air strip, 9 hole golf course , boat launch, and the beach. This is a second home for us, so at times we may be upstairs. But there are no neighbors directly on three sides of the house. The unit has very good WiFi. No dogs left in the unit unintended unless it has been approved by me.

There is a private salt water pool in the back that is shared with the host. Since it is located behind a grocery store and next to an elementary school there can be early morning truck and bus noise.
