Hanover Haven is located close to all you need! Clemson University is only 3 miles away. There are 3 full grocery stores within 5 minutes. Lake Keowee access and marina all within 5 miles. The Gathering space is such a great place to have family fun! There are card games and large TVs with multiple streaming platforms. We are also working on a great outdoor space that will include a grill and sail shade ready for the summer. There is also an RV on the property that is an AirBNB with privacy.

House is located in a private community yet only 2.5 miles to Death Valley and Clemson. Enjoy a walk down to the lake or relax on the back deck. WIFI is included with access to Hulu and Disney+. Kid friendly as well. Property is also within 1.2 miles of Oconee Airport, 0.7 miles to a dock, 1.5 miles to the grocery store, and less than 1.3 miles to Y beach public parking (avoid game day traffic if you are coming in for football). Close to everything in Oconee, Pickens and Anderson Counties.

In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Please note: Access to the dock involves a very steep descent, and the return hike can be challenging—best suited for active guests. Unwind in the private hot tub on the deck or gather around the cozy fire pit.

Singing Pines Cottage

Right among the pines of South Carolina you will find our cottage. It's 5 minutes from the Historic Ram Cat Alley with Live Outdoor music every Thursday Night (Apr.-Oct.), Shopping, Boutiques, Restaurants, Breweries, and Coffee Shops. It's only 12 minutes from Clemson University, and a short drive to Lake Keowee, Lake Jocassee, and Lake Hartwell. This area is home to numerous Waterfalls, Hiking Trails, and good southern barbecue. We do not host work crews.

We're tickled pink that you are considering Sweet Tea Retreats, a Southern themed Lakefront duplex on Lake Keowee. Clemson Stadium is only 7 miles away! Two separate 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment suites total of 4 bedrooms with 4 en-suite bathrooms, accommodations up to 6 guests. This listing is for both apartment suites, they have been fully renovated with new kitchens and bathrooms, granite and marble countertops and stainless steel appliances.

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.

Getaway on Lake Hartwell: Pontoon Rental, Clemson

Our 3 bedroom house is located on Lake Hartwell and is just a 15 min drive to Clemson University. You can enjoy access to the dock and beach which are a quick golf cart ride away. We have paddle boards on the dock and kayaks, coolers, bagged ice, fishing poles etc upon request. Off the back of the detached garage there’s a furnished screened-in deck with a grill that overlooks the end of the cove and fire pit below.

The Carriage House at South Townville

Stay in a charming loft-style carriage house in historic downtown Seneca. This two-bedroom space comfortably sleeps 4 and features a full kitchen, private bathroom, and convenient washer/dryer combo. Enjoy walkable access to local shops, restaurants, and coffee spots, or take a short drive to Lake Keowee for boating and views, or visit Clemson University for games and campus events. Perfect for a relaxing getaway.
