Our home is situated in the center of the Finger Lakes, between Cayuga and Seneca Lakes of New York. Our house was built in 1812 with many additions over the years, eventually giving it an old Victorian feel. We have spent the last 11 years renovating all 16 rooms, including 2 new bathrooms with a jacuzzi tub, an Art Studio and gift shop. The house is surrounded by a beautiful wrap around porch with extensive flower gardens and a covered summer patio. We have 2 upstairs rooms for guests to rent.

The bedroom has a Full sized bed with a small table and two chairs. The bathroom is down the hall (about five steps- it is not en suite).
