Located halfway between the pier & the boardwalk makes this spot walkable to many attractions and less busy. Dogs are allowed with a non-refundable fee. No cats. We have stocked it with kitchen essentials, toilet paper, paper towels, hand and laundry soap, shampoo, body wash, sheets, towels and beach towels. Beach chairs provided

The House of Kai is a 1950's beach cottage that features a surf shack charm with a modern edge. The main bedroom has a private deck that includes an oversized tub and shower with access to the large wrap around front porch. We are located on the north end of Carolina Beach which is known for it's laid back vibe. Although very private, please note that the driveway and backyard are a shared space w/our other rentals at the back of the property.
