A soli 2 km si trova il vivace paesino di Zafferana Etnea, ricco di negozi ,ristoranti tipici e manifestazioni artistiche di vario genere. In mezz'ora di auto si possono raggiungere Taormina,Catania, Rifugio Sapienza, le spiagge.

É una villa siciliana che incorpora un antico palmento ristrutturato. Vi è un grande salone con diversi divani, caminetto, TV e un lunghissimo tavolo da pranzo. La cucina è molto ben attrezzata. Ci sono diverse terrazze, un patio con tavoli, sedie e BBQ. Il giardino è ben curato, una grande piscina con tanti lettini. Parco giochi attrezzato per i bambini.
