Aðstaða þ.m.t. baðherbergi, sturtur, eldhús og þurrkherbergi í aðalbyggingunni (í 1 mínútu göngufjarlægð frá bjöllutjöldum). Staðsett við botn Glentress-skógar, frábært aðgengi að fjallahjólastígum og gönguleiðum. Cafe and MTB shop next door. 5 min drive to Peebles with many local shops and restaurants.
