The sitting rm has an L-shaped sofabed and is ensuite to the bathroom so works as a bed rm for close friends or family of those in the main bedroom! The Loft is beautifully furnished, peaceful and has stunning views, its own front door, secure parking, WIFI, acres of garden and loads of local delights to explore from Brighton beach to our village pub!

This beautiful one bedroomed self contained annexe is set on a Farm with Horses and stables at the property. It has easy access to footpaths and bridleways yet is only 20minutes to Brighton or Horsham by car. Hickstead international Show jumping ground is nearby and the local villages of Hurstpierpoint and Henfield have all amenities.

The Granary, Guest annex in Twineham

The Granary is the perfect stay if you’re visiting one of the local vineyards, Hickstead, Brighton or a local event/wedding. Great location to local pubs, footpaths and the South Downs. Private access, and dedicated parking. Please note there is no private garden. Great for 2 adults with an additional double mattress on a mezzanine suitable for older children or cosy for 4 adults available to request on booking.

The Hen House

The Hen House is a converted barn standing within its own private plot but using the same driveway as Wyndham Farmhouse, Barn and Stables. The house is well equipped, light and airy with fantastic views to the south downs. It is the perfect base to explore the Sussex countryside with plenty of local attractions. Dogs are welcome and the garden is fenced.
