APPARTAMENTO TORRE is located in a beautifully restored 18th-century Tuscan country house located on ‘The Wine Road’ between Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri. It’s the perfect base for your holiday: sandy beaches a few minute drive away, shaped by cypress-lined cycling routes, and tiny villages nestled between the sea and the hills. Everything is very close even though we are in the countryside! If APPARTAMENTO TORRE is not available, we invite you to discover our APPARTAMENTO CASTELLO as well.

Home on the beach/ Casa sul mare

Bright and fully renovated apartment on the sea, with direct access to the beach. Composed by kitchen, living room with sofa-bed, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 2 large terraces on the sea where to have dinner, relax and enjoy sunsets. Parking and private beach cabins are included. San Vincenzo is a harboured charming village with wonderful sea. Close to vineyards, historical villages such as Bolgheri, Suvereto, Populonia. Minimum stay is 7 days (from Saturday), contact me for exceptions.

La mia casa si trova a Livorno, nel caratteristico quartiere di Antignano, vicino al centro e a due passi dalle splendide calette del Lungomare, perfette per un tuffo ed un bagno di sole. Base ideale per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco, è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.

L’appartamento, 100 mq, con ascensore, al 5^ e ultimo piano di un palazzo in centro, offre una vista meravigliosa di San Vincenzo. È composto da una spaziosa e luminosa zona giorno, due camere con cinque posti letto, un bagno. La cucina è completamente dotata di tutto ciò che è necessario. Un grande balcone panoramico abbraccia due lati dell’abitazione. La spiaggia, libera o attrezzata, si raggiunge a piedi. A pochi passi il corso pedonale, il porto, ristoranti, pizzerie, bar, negozi.

Attico vista mare con terrazzo di 130m^2

Splendido attico nel centro di San Vincenzo, a pochi passi dal porto e dalla via principale della città. Dispone di un ampio terrazzo di oltre 130 m^2 sopra il quale potrete prendere il sole e fare splendidi aperitivi al tramonto. L’abitazione dispone di: una camera da letto matrimoniale, uno spazioso bagno con doccia in muratura di travertino e un soggiorno con angolo cottura e 2 divani letto per ulteriori 3 ospiti. Il grill all'esterno della casa non è più presente sul terrazzo.

This holiday apartment is front beach located in the beautiful town of Marina di Castagneto Carducci. One can enjoy walks along the seaside promenade where interesting cultural events are often organized. For sea lovers this is the ideal spot also for cruises to the Island of Elba. It is also possible to visit the marvelous medieval villages of Bolgheri at 12km (famous for its Sassicaia wine) and Massa Marittima, as well as the ancient Etruscan necropolis Populonia (at 25 km).

La Casa al Mare, a Cavo d'Elba

L'appartamento puo' ospitare fino a 6 persone, e' composto da open space con terrazza affacciata sul lungomare, due camere e due bagni, si trova al primo piano e ha un ingresso indipendente. Costruito circa un secolo fa come dependance del vicino "castello" e per questo chiamato "Casa al mare". La ristrutturazione e l'arredamento sono stati ultimati ad agosto 2021 e hanno puntato su piacevolezza, comodita', semplicita' d'uso, risparmio energetico e sostenibilita' ambientale

La nostra suite al piano primo caratterizzata da un esclusiva terrazza privata di 40 mq sul mare vi farà godere dall'alba al tramonto la brezza marina. Si compone di due zone, cucina soggiorno con divano letto e zona notte con bagno con possibilità di aggiungere un terzo letto. Può ospitare comodamente coppie, famiglie con massimo 2 bambini e viaggiatori singoli. Ogni alloggio include il servizio spiaggia allo stabilimento balneare Florida con ombrellone e due lettini.

Das 40 m² große Apartment direkt über dem Meer befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, nur 70 m von der Strandpromenade von Marciana Marina entfernt und wenige Meter zu den Stränden des Ortes. Das Haus befindet sich im antiken Stadtteil,. Kino- Set fuer die Folgen der ‚Delikte des Barlume‘ gedreht, eine italienische Krimiserie die im Herzen der Toskana spielt. Die Designer-Wohnung mit sehr hohen Decken wurde 2023 als Loft komplett restauriert und komfortabel ausgestattet.

Peggy's House

The house has an internal surface of 100 square meters plus terraces and it is located a few meters from the beach (around 50m). It has an internal private parking for 2 cars accessible through an automatic gate 260cm wide, a non-negligible feature considering the fact that, in the summertime, it is difficult to find a parking spot. The distance from Corso Italia/Via Vittorio Emanuele II (the street of shops, ice cream parlors, bars ...) is about 600 meters away.
