The apartment is directly below our main living space, so you will hear muffled conversation and light footfall.

Easy on-street parking (yes, it's true!) with time-of-day restrictions (Our side of the street has street cleaning on 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month 9am-11am and across the street is on 2nd and 4th Monday of the month 9am-11am.) One-minute access to public transportation. The 29 bus and 48 bus stops are across the street.

Redding Respite

Enjoy 500 square feet of newly constructed luxury on a quiet street in the charming neighborhood of Bret Harte. The spacious bedroom has a king bed and private spa-like bathroom with heated floors. Through the double barn doors is a sitting room with two sofas that convert to single beds as well as a dining nook and kitchenette. A separate gated pathway leads to the private deck with space to relax or dine while listening to songbirds.

Sonoma Berry Blossom Farm

Modern and spacious with glass enclosed porch, high ceilings and lots of French doors, skylights and windows. Close to town in the very nicest area within a mile of downtown, walkable, or bikeable with my cruiser bikes. You’ll love the views, the location, the goats, quail running around and delicious cafe next door. We just lost our mini horse 7/27 :( we had 16 years, sorry if you had planned on meeting him, it was a sad loss for us.
