Our space is located in the heart of "Condado" - at the end of our street is the quietest part of Ocean Park Beach and at the end of our block is Loiza Street (buzzing with awesome restaurants...) It is fully equipped, spacious and bright. It was renovated and restored to its original design while integrating modern amenities (all bedrooms and living spaces are equipped with AC). It is furnished and designed with simple, minimal custom pieces following the less is more philosophy.

We are the home of Kite Puerto Rico a kiteboarding school and retail store, and The Beach House bar and Bistro.

Our “Interior Queen” rooms are perfect for the person or couple who want to be in the middle of it all in Condado and need just the right amount of space. Interior rooms do not have windows.
