Maspalomas está en una ubicación privilegiada donde poder disfrutar del relax de sus inmensas playas y al mismo tiempo poder visitar las mejores zonas de ocio de la isla. El complejo está cerca de todo.

This delightful refurbished first floor, 1 bedroom apartment, is located within a fully managed, well maintained complex in the wonderful district of Maspalomas. A variety of restaurants can be found within the immediate area. Holiday World and Faro boast a wider community of shops, bars and places to eat. The famous Yumbo and other eateries are located in the vibrate Playing del Inglés. If the sea and sand are your preference the fabulous Maspalomas beach is approximately 4 km away.

Beautiful apartment with amazing view

The apartment is on the 8th floor of one of the tallest buildings in Playa del Inglés and offers a beautiful sea view. Since I also use it as a holiday and home-office space, it is furnished to a high standard with a good balance of storage and open space. My guests and I especially enjoy keeping the balcony door open in the morning to take in the view. Note: The building is centrally located and there is a road nearby – it can occasionally be heard when the balcony door is open.

Peaceful Garden House with pool, steps to Yumbo

Lovely calm independent house, with bright garden few step by one of the four swimming pools of an extremely quiet and safe residential complex (Los Arcos) in the center of Playa del Ingles, Maspalomas. Fully renovated and freshly decorated, this home is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday in the sun of the South of Gran Canaria. The house is located few steps from Yumbo Centrum and 10 minutes walking to the beach and to the dunes of Maspalomas.

Suite Paradise in the beach

The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.

In 2021 completly renovated apartment on 6th floor (631)in a calm complex called Paraiso Maspalomas in playa del inglés with amazing views over Maspalomas/Meloneras, with 5 pools, 1 heated in winter, 2 poolbars and supermarket. Parking in the complex and just outside it. For free Beach at only 1.5 km.Supermarket Spar closeby. On 10 min walking distance restaurants shops and the famous Yumbo shopping center and Holiday word shopping center.
