The Chalet Heidi und Peter is situated in a peaceful area of San Leonardo in Passiria/Sankt Leonhard in Passeier, surrounded by mountains. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Keine 5 Gehminuten entfernt befinden sich der Dorfkern mit Lebensmittelgeschäft , Apotheke und Konditorei/Eisdiele. Vor dem Haus startet eine Busverbindung nach Meran oder Bozen.

Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.

Overlooking the mountains on the outskirts of Saltaus/Saltusio in the Passeier Valley/Val Passiria, the chalet Residenz - Chalet Riad impresses guests with its fantastic views, sunshine and a lot of privacy in a quiet area. The 90m² chalet consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
