There are plenty of country walks on your doorstep and when you have worked up an appetite lots of country pubs, gastro pubs and cafes. The cottage comprises of cosy lounge with woodburner, country style kitchen, one bedroom and a shower room.

1855 Wash House, Town Centre Studio Cottage

The 1855 Wash House is a studio cottage, located within a minutes walk from Skipton High Street. It is on one level apart from one step down into the kitchen. The studio is situated at the rear of a Victorian terrace within the owners garden. There is an outdoor flagged area for guests with sheltered seating for 2. There is a permit parking space at the front of the cottage. Several early morning opening cafes are close by and Marks and Spencers Simply food is just around the corner.

Cobble Cottage is an old weavers cottage set on the outskirts of a traditional Lancashire mill town. Dating back to 1828 it was mainly used to weave cotton, using traditional hand looms. Now modernised to suit todays living, much of the original features have been retained including beamed ceilings, a large open fireplace, stone staircase, latch doors and exposed floorboards adding a cosy feel to anyone’s stay. The Cottage has one double bedroom and can comfortably accommodate 2 guests.

With uninterrupted panoramic views of the Forest of Bowland, the majestic hills of Whernside, Pen-y-ghent and Ingleborough, it truly is a special place. Whilst mature lime trees stand guard in front of the property, Weets Hill looms spectacularly nearby. Adults 18+ can relax by the woodburning stove whilst drinking in the views.
