The ranch is close to Monterey Bay Aquarium, California Rodeo Salinas, Pinnacles National Monument, John Steinbeck's Museum and Victorian House, and the Laguna Seca Raceway. The ranch studio apartment includes two twin beds, a full bath, and half kitchen. Pets are welcome upon pre-approval from the on-site manager. No pets are to be left unattended. Close to The Monterey Bay Aquarium , art and culture, restaurants and dining and the beach. You’ll love my place because it's a detached new unit, clean and on the Monterey Peninsula. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, and pets (Dogs only please). We consider Dogs to be part of the Family so If you would like to bring your dog (2 max), please add them as a guest. That will cover the added expense in the cleaning of the Bungalow.

A Comfortable Residential House in Quiet Community

This house is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, kids and families friendly, nearby parks, playgrounds, markets. It's a residential house, so any event or party is forbidden. The house has security camera outside driving way and front door. If you are planning to host an event or party, this is not a suitable place. The house has central heating, doesn't have A/C for cooling. The house has cooking utensils. We also have Netflix pre-set up on the TV.

Located in a historical neighborhood dating to the early 1930's. The cabana has lots of natural light. Privacy walls. A private patio and entrance. The spacious cabana features a stone fireplace, a grand queen bed, large bathroom with a shower for 2. The vibe is of peace and serenity. The colors are muted and sparsely decorated. The bed sheets, pillow and mattress protectors and blanket are changed after each stay. The bath towels are warm. ZEN!
