Downstairs next to a modern kitchen you have an open area with large french doors to a patio with a great view across the brae. On a farm set in 13 acres and 500 m from the nearest road, you will savour the tranquillity yet it's a 10 to 15 min drive to St Andrews and an hour from Edinburgh Airport. A car is required.

Ground floor cosy self catering flat in the beautiful fishing village of St Monans. Edina cottage is a traditional East Neuk cottage. It has been fully renovated and is very warm and cosy. There is a large king size bed room with ensuite bathroom and shower. A spacious twin bedroom. Down stairs there is a further shower room. The living room has a log burner. There is also a lovely sheltered garden with summer house and BBQ. Pittenweem is a beautiful traditional fishing village where you can buy freshly caught lobster from the harbour.

A brand new apartment in an outbuilding in our garden. Two story, plus a bed in the mezzanine. The bedroom and bath room are downstairs. Perfect for a couple with a kid, or 2 friends ( the ladder to the mezzanine is a bit steep ) A wooden stove is there to warm up winter evenings.
