Trilocale di 70 metri ristrutturato da poco. Luminoso, spazioso e con arredi nuovi. Balcone con bella vista sulle montagne. Distante pochi metri dal centro pedonale, in una zona ben servita dal trasporto pubblico e ricca di parcheggi gratuiti (numerosi sono adiacenti alla casa e usufruibili h24 tranne la domenica notte per pulizia strade). Nelle vicinanze ci sono negozi alimentari, farmacia, tabacchino, bar e ristoranti. A pochi minuti i monumenti principali della città (Ponte Romano ecc).

La casa è in un contesto geografico ideale perché vicino al centro città e contemporaneamente in un luogo molto tranquillo e immerso nel verde della prima collina di Aosta. Welcome to our attic! It is large and very, very comfortable, suitable for six people in addition to babies in a cot. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms as well as a beautiful open space. A large walk-in closet is also available to guests. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi. In the bathrooms there are detergents (liquid soap, intimate detergent and shower shampoo) while soft towels are provided to each guest. Self check in is possible. Free parking.

Arredato in stile di montagna, si trova a 2 km dal centro di Aosta. Ingresso indipendente , al piano terreno, con una porta/finestra che affaccia in aperta campagna. Dispone di locale lavanderia, posto auto riservato in cortile interno, ricovero per attrezzatura da sci . Accesso alla zona verde condivisa con vasca idromassaggio riscaldata esterna. Per il soggiorno con animali sarà richiesto un supplemento di 15 euro a soggiorno.
