At the cabin you will find several hiking books- there is no limit to the amount of hiking in the area. Here are a few of our favorites.

There is a great visitor center and easy access to viewing platforms if you are not interested in hiking. You can also tackle the steps to take you down to a closer view of the gorge. You can hike to the floor and traverse the bottom of the gorge and come back up the other side- but you must register at the ranger station and get their early because they only allow about 100 hikers down to the bottom each day.
