Situated on the outskirts of a Tyrolian mountain village this place offers you a wonderful-broad view. The apartment, lovingly combining tradition and modernity will let you calm down and recharge your batteries instantly. A closeby cable car enables you to all kinds of mountain sports in summer and winter. Yet- even those, who just "stay and relax" will feel at home. WIFI, TV, BT-boxes, parking space are available free of charge; for the Sauna we take a small feey. Kitchen is well equipped .

Diese besondere und ruhige Unterkunft befindet sich einem der ältesten Stadteile Innsbrucks, nur 10 Minuten von der Altstadt und 5 Minuten von der Natur entfernet. Als Teil der Tourismusregion Innsbruck können wir euch die Welcome Cards zur Verfügung stellen. Entspann auf der privaten Terrasse, im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer oder genieße den Blick in den Himmel vom Bett. Das Apartment hat ein 160cm Doppelbett und ein 140cm Bett auf einer Hochebene (nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet).

The apartment is situated in the middle of the Austrian Alps and a perfect starting point if you want to enjoy Austrian nature. Starting from the apartment, you can reach 8 famous hiking destinations within short time. For example "Rumer Alm", "Arzler Alm" or "Thaurer Alm". In winter you can enjoy Skiing, sledging and many more activities. Furthermore, the apartment holds traditional Tyrolean furniture, which makes the place very cozy. The apartment is located in a stylish villa above the city in Innsbruck's recreational area. Just a 3-minute walk to the Nordkette cable car into the city center or to the Nordkette ski and snowboard area and the Nordkette Singletrail (one of the most challenging trails in Europe). Also just a 3-minute walk to the bus to the city center and the Patscherkofel ski area. It's an ideal starting point for hiking, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and exploring the city.
