‘Bracken Shepherd’s Hut at Pondihengery Glampsite’

Pondihengery Glampsite is a small family run site in a rural area, just outside Rothbury, Northumberland. The site sits on the edge of a stone circle with stunning views. We welcome up to two well behaved dogs. Please do not let your dogs on the bed. Introducing our delightful Bracken Shepherds hut. Comfortable double bed with dining area that doubles up as a small bed suitable for a child or smaller adult (size 5’6”x 2’6”) We are sure that you will have a memorable stay and book in again!

Swinburne Castle

Swinburne Castle is perfectly situated within its own beautiful parkland and gardens. Traditionally decorated, parts of the house have tremendous history dating back to the 12th century. The east wing is extremely comfortable and private, and don't be perturbed by the stone steps leading down to the vaulted cellar. A delicious continental breakfast will be provided in your rooms. There is ample parking and a tennis court you are welcome to use. lovely footpaths from the house for keen walkers.

Sundial Cottage, Northumberland National Park

Located in the Northumberland Village of Netherton this 2 bed cottage located within the Northumberland national Park. The cottage was previously owned by the Armstrong family owners of Craigside and Bambrugh Castle. In the past its been a post office and a sweet shop. We have the pleasure of seeing classic steam engines such as the Royal Scot travelling passed from the comfort of the upstairs bedrooms. Very clean beaches of Cresswell and Druridge bay are easily accessible by car and bicycle.

A self catering holiday home a stone's throw away from the River Coquet in the beautiful Village of Rothbury. Built of natural sandstone by Lord Armstrong of the famous Cragside Estates in the 1870's, Ethie Lodge sleeps up to four people in comfort with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
