This is a second floor apt. There are 2 bedrooms with a private entrance/exit for each. The rooms are not huge but the apt. is cozy and comfortable. Kitchen is spacious with coffee maker, frig, stove, microwave, air fryer. Bathroom is unique, it has a shower and separate bath tub. Also, this apt is for 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults. Wifi included. Parking, garden, pets allowed. Extra fee for pets.

It’s a quiet retreat in the heart of the Lower Elmwood Historic District tucked off the street next to gardens and a large patio.
