Ideal rural retreat for anyone and everyone! This cosy wooden cabin is a simply lovely place to stop and unwind. Set near to a small Sussex village with direct access onto the South Downs, Iford is on the wild fringes of historic Lewes (2 miles), vibrant Brighton (7 miles) and Newhaven ferry and beach (6 miles). Caburn Cabin is in Firle Village in the South Downs national park. Our spacious timber cabin sleeps up to four people. It has a warm rustic charm whilst being fully equipped with modern facilities. There is a rear private deck with seating. Ideal for romantic escapes or active holidays. Enjoy the outdoors by foot & bike direct from the cabin. The local pub & village shop are just 10 minutes walk. Perfect for Glyndebourne, Charleston & Firle weddings or explore nearby towns of Lewes or Brighton.

Kenningham

This is a detached converted garage with a bedroom and a shower room in a lovely part of town. 10 minutes walk from the centre of Lewes, 15 minutes walk from the train station, and 10 minutes walk from the South Downs. There is a private entrance around the side of the main house, with a key safe box by the door. It’s not appropriate for people with mobility issues however, as there is a step to enter. Guests can use the offstreet parking in front of the house (between the street and gate).

Situated at the foot of the South Downs in the historic town of Lewes, you will find our cosy studio. This self-contained space, is ideal for 1 or two people to enjoy a restful stay with a newly appointed kitchen and bathroom. It has its own private entrance and outside seating area. A bus service to Brighton and universities is a 5 minute walk away. The train station and Lewes town Centre are about a 10 minute walk away. Easy access to walk and bike rides in the South Downs National Park.

The Garden Room

The annex is a detached building with a key safe and separate entrance situated in a very quiet part of the historic county town of Lewes. There is very little passing traffic and as we’re on the outskirts it’s about a 20 mins walk to the centre of the town but are very close to the South Downs, a 5 minute walk away and the gateway to the South Down way and the National Park. (Smoking only allowed outside) Close to Brighton and good access to public transport and a main line to London.

Self check-in with key-box, but always happy to chat and give recommendations during your stay!

Semi-detached 2bed, KingstonRidge, Kingston, Lewes

A self-contained 2-bedroom flat , semi-detached to our home with separate access on the idyllic Kingston Ridge . Ideal for walkers, the South Downs way is at the end of the private no-through road, or the County Town of Lewes is a 2 mile walk away (or a ten minute drive). Brighton is 8 miles down the road, with a regular bus service. The apartment is ideal for 4-6 people but has a maximum capacity of 8 (sofa bed). N.B. We have a very friendly dog.

Detached garden annex in Lewes

Spacious, self-contained, well-equipped, one-bedroom garden annex in a quiet part of Lewes. We are 15 minutes’ walk from the town centre and Lewes station, and 5 minutes to the South Downs. Lewes is a vibrant town with an interesting history and close to Brighton. Our refurbished annex is perfect for relaxing, exploring the local area, visiting family or whilst travelling for work. It has a light, modern feel, and generously-sized rooms.
