Not a party pad, so we kindly ask you to respect the tranquil ambience.

Eagles Outlook Studio

Eagles Outlook is an exceptional property situated overlooking the Agnes Water surf beach. Easy stroll to beach & shops, the studio features Queen bed, beautiful ocean views, full kitchen, bathroom, washing machine & air con. Take a refreshing dip in the magnesium pool, & cook a BBQ in the courtyard. The property comprises the main house + two studio apartments (see listing Eagles Outlook House). Guests share pool, walkway & carport. Absolutely no pets or parties. 2 adults only permitted.

The Hut Turkey Beach

The Hut at Turkey Beach is the perfect escape for fishing, crabbing and relaxing. What it lacks in size it makes up for in location, being only 20metres from the boat ramp, 50metres to the park and with 280degrees of uninterrupted water views. This water front location covers everyone, whether it be the fisherman, the lady wanting to read while enjoy a glass of wine on the deck or the kids who want to ride their bikes and play in the park. Agnes Water Views - Luxe stay, stunning views

Welcome to Agnes Water Views. Sitting on one of the highest points in Agnes Water, enjoy BOTH sunrise and sunset from Agnes to 1770 & Bustard Heads from the 13m long verandah. Open to guests for the first time September 2021, our lovingly restored cottage has been finished with your comfort in mind. Enjoy the quiet bush block with native animals aplenty. While private and peaceful, you are only 1km to the main beach, and 3 minutes to shops, cafes & restaurants at the bottom of the hill.

Turkey Beach House

Our holiday rental located in Turkey Beach is part of a quiet community, that is both family and pet friendly. Less than an hour’s drive from Gladstone it has everything you need for a relaxing stay. There is a great little beach with a safe swimming enclosure, a boat ramp less than 2 km from the house, and has a small general store. Creek and estuary fishing is located close by and there is also easy access to the Barrier Reef & ‘Bunker Group’ for awesome fishing, diving, and boating.

Peaceful 1BR retreat just 2 mins off the highway in Benaraby. Private guest house with full kitchenette, lounge, bathroom & bedroom overlooking our property and dam. Only 12 mins to Tannum Sands/Boyne Island and approx 20 minutes to Gladstone, it's a great base for beach trips, fishing or work stopovers. Our fully self contained guest house, although on our property, is separate from our main home, giving you peace and privacy during your stay.

"The Billabong"

Mac,and Gaynor , invite you to stay at the cabin overlooking the "Billabong" in our private bush acreage. You can meet our resident families of kangaroos and wallabys, also all the birds. Relax on the deck while you plan your next adventure. For you boaties, we have a parking area for your trailer boat, and a few hot offshore marks. the Billabong has a dog friendly area. The Billabong is not suitable for infants, toddlers or children.

Huddos Place.

Huddo's Place is your ideal holiday or work stay home away from home. Located in the heart of Tannum Sands, a short 100m stroll will take you to the Beach, Surf club, Coffee shops, Restaurant and the local fish and chip shop. A relaxing 250m walk in the opposite direction will take you to the local Tavern, Coles, KFC, and many more specialty shops. Once at the beach you can walk as far as you like along the endless scenic walking Tracks.

Welcome aboard Queensland's Boat in the Bush! We offer a unique accommodation experience by inviting you to stay on a comfortable sailing boat, overlooking our beautiful pristine billabong on our 40 acre property. You'll have exclusive command of the ship as well as your own private dining, bathroom and entertaining areas. The billabong is close by too should you wish for a cooling dip.
