Escape the real world at this charming and cozy cottage tucked away in a corner of 17 acres of rolling grassy hills. Take in the unmatched views of the hollow from the living room or wrap-around porch. Endless nearby trails for hiking/biking/xc skiing, and Rochester's stores, cafes, and restaurants are less than 10 minutes away. Grocery store, berry picking, lakes, swimming holes, golfing, restaurants, breweries, and wineries all within an easy drive. Killington/Sugarbush both ~35 minutes away.

New treehouse was built by me with my own two hands during the pandemic. The architect styled design is one of a kind with huge windows. Radiant Heat, custom bathroom/kitchen. My grandparents once owned and operated a dairy farm in the area and I want to share this treehouse and surrounding area with my guests. Ski or Ride in only 20 min to Killington and resorts. My treehouse is located on the historic ski highway with Killington-20 min, Pico, Okemo, Sugarbush, Saskadena Six, and Stowe.

Get away from it all in a secluded home atop a mountain in the National Forest. Home with deck and panoramic view of the Green Mountains. Idyllic in all seasons. Summer is lusciously green; fall colors seen from our deck; the magic of winter. Tons of privacy, but minutes from town. 35 min to Killington or Sugarbush; snowshoe outside your door, and x-country nearby. Snow tires or chains needed from Dec.-March. Please note that we cannot help you if your car gets stuck en route to the house.

Off Grid Secluded Cabin on 37 Acre Farm

In a secluded, hand-crafted off the grid cabin, come and enjoy the elements with us at Drift Farmstead. A 3-minute walk leads you through gardens and pasture, to Ravenwood, a small, intimate cabin with everything you need. Be it an extended weekend tucked in seclusion, amongst the birds, river and trees, or find the comforts of a 37 acre small farm nestled in the mountains and settle in, working from afar. Top shelf skiing at Sugarbush is near, along with Vermont's finest grub and beer.

Quaint 1-bedroom cottage on Blue Ledge Farm

This cozy cottage is on Blue Ledge Farm- a working goat dairy. It is a one-bedroom with a double fold-out futon in living room to potentially fit 4 guests. It is within 15 minutes of both Brandon and Middlebury, 1 hour south of Burlington. Pets are allowed, on leash. It can possibly include a farm and cheese tasting for an extra $20 per person (contact host in advance). It is the perfect place if you're an animal or cheese lover looking for a rustic and relaxing stay on a beautiful farm.

Good restaurant, cafe, small grocery store, in Rochester, 4 miles. Great location, beautiful views, lovely little house, totally private, romantic.

It was hand crafted by us to offer a reTREEt in the heart of central Vermont. We are centrally located between Killington and Sugarbush with plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy. The treehouse now has a bath house with a limited kitchenette just steps away from the treehouse.

Funky, family-friendly cabin

Our funky, fun house is nestled in the woods, with a waterfall and brook rushing by outside the large wall of windows. Situated in the Green Mountains, this is the perfect place to relax and play. The large open-floor plan is perfect for families with school-age children. Families with infants and toddlers may not find our home as friendly, as the waterfall, loft and attached farm buildings may create some safety challenges.
