A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. EV charger on site. Metered. Pay for what you use as per our service provider costs. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Perfectly located between Southampton and Portsmouth, with lovely walks, pubs, restaurants and the Hamble River less than a 10 minute walk away. We have large spacious flat with a fully equipped modern kitchen. We have private parking for 1 car and the property faces the woodlands that make for lovely strolls. This flat was built in April 2025 and is equipped to the high standards of modern technology and furnishings.

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.
