One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Draußen, in Terrassen gelegt, wachsen Gemüse und Getreide, Tiere grasen auf den Weiden. Neben den 5 Ferienwohnungen, steht den Gästen ein großer Gemeinschaftsraum mit einer alten Bauernstube, Tischen und Lounge-Möbeln zu Verfügung, außerdem eine Sauna und ein Holzgrill.

The Sebastianus apartment is located in Unterinn Ritten, just a 15-minute drive (11 km) from Bolzano. Enjoy a newly renovated interior and spectacular views of the surrounding Alps. The 40 m² apartment features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV.
