Die Wohnung befindet sich in Wangen. Wangen ist ein kleines Dorf der Gemeinde Ritten und befindet sich oberhalb von Bozen. Von Bozen sind wir 17 km entfernt(20 Autominuten). Sie können uns über den Ritten oder durch das Sarntal erreichen. Unser Dorf verfügt leider über kein Lebensmittelgeschäft. Vor der Wohnung ist eine Liegewiese und Spielplatz für Kinder und für Ihr Auto steht ein überdachter Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich eine Gaststätte, wo Sie gerne einkehren könne

Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The apartment Thalerhof Sancta Sebastianus is located in Unterinn Ritten, 15 minutes by car (11 km) away from Bolzano/Bozen. It is equipped with newly renovated interior design and a spectacular view of the surrounding Alps, making it a wonderful vacation spot. The 40 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a television.

Magnifico terrazzo privato rivolto a Sud-Ovest, si affaccia sulla valle di Bolzano e offre una vista impagabile! Ein nahezu energieautarkes Gehöft, gebaut aus dem Holz aus unseren Wäldern. Neues Design, das altes inhaliert. Lokales Handwerk und geliebte Möbelstücke. Lehm, der atmet. Holz, das altern darf. Draußen, in Terrassen gelegt, wachsen Gemüse und Getreide, Tiere grasen auf den Weiden. Neben den 5 Ferienwohnungen, steht den Gästen ein großer Gemeinschaftsraum mit einer alten Bauernstube, Tischen und Lounge-Möbeln zu Verfügung, außerdem eine Sauna und ein Holzgrill.
