It is the only 864 sq ft end unit with ocean view balcony and lots of windows to let the light in! Oh, and has a actual kitchen with a full size fridge and dishwasher. No matter what special occasion brings you to town, this is the condo you will want stay in! Seascape Beach Resort has amazing sunsets, a soft sandy beach, top notch restaurants, and so many amenities.

Take it easy in this cozy cabin retreat in the Santa Cruz Mountains. 30 minutes from downtown Santa Cruz and beaches. This charming 400 sq. ft. studio is the perfect setting to disconnect from city life and immerse yourself in the redwoods. The cabin features a queen bed, full bathroom, kitchen & BBQ. Our guest suite is on the lower floor of our house in a quiet neighborhood and is a 15 minute walk and 5 minute drive to a beautiful beach. There are two restaurants 3 blocks from our house, both have views of the ocean and outdoor seating. The suite has a bedroom with a king size bed and closet; also a private bathroom and den. Den is equipped with refrigerator, coffee maker, sink, flat screen RokuTV, and microwave. Patio has gas fire pit, small deck, waterfall feature, & hot tub.
