Gosti imaju osigurano zatvoreno parkiralište. Do apartmana se dolazi vrtnom stazom dugačkom 60 m koja ima šezdesetak stepenica. Apartman ima 40 m2 i natkrivenu terasu veličine 15 m2. Posjetite nas i uživajte okruženi zelenilom na prostranoj terasi uz šum mora i pogled na Opatijsku rivijeru i kvarnerske otoke.

The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.

U istoj kući iznajmljuje se i mali studio apartman za 2 osobe, koji je moguće iznajmiti istovremeno kad je slobodan.

Plaza Apartments are located in the center of Opatija, on the adress Maršala Tita 128, 30 meters from Slatina beach, the Opatija Lungomare promenade and many other historical sights of Opatija. They are located in a historic building which was completely restored and equipped in 2021. They are a combination of historical architecture and contemporary design that captivates with its simplicity and charm. It contains 15 apartments decorated in neutral tones with modern furniture.

Senj has neither industry nor pollutants. The guests in Senj feel safe. There is no danger of the crime - you can safely walk around during the day and at night. Senj is not a typical tourist destination; there are no big hotels or crowds. On the beaches and in the restaurants you can always find a place. Senj is interesting for guests traveling to Dalmatia, the Dalmatian islands and Dubrovnik, so they can take a break halfway.

I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
