This unique 1 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage is one of our two homes on the property along the peacefully flowing Mill Creek. Take in the natural beauty from the large patio and hot tub. Enjoy all that the property has to offer with a half mile's worth of walking paths, a large front porch to drink your morning cup of joe, swimming pond, a fire pit/wood and more. It offers serenity in the Finger Lakes Region. Easy access to countless wineries, breweries and distilleries. The cabin is where memories are forged, belly laughs are had, and adventures await. Come, kick back, and take it easy.

The Creek House Private Home & Scenic Grounds

The Creek House: a fully renovated 1 bdrm, 1 bath home with a full modern kitchen and large new deck situated right next to a year round babbling brook. The creek is 15 feet from the foot of the deck stairs; its sounds lull guests to sleep each night. Frogs, salamanders, crayfish, and all manner of forest life abound. The stream meanders through the mixed park like and wooded parcel ending at a 25’ wide 6’ high waterfall. Antique clawfoot tub. Water may have a sulfur smell (see below).

The property includes flat-land lake access, seasonal dock, fire pit, gas grill, gazebo & patio, kayaks for rent, WiFi, TV/DVD, YouTube TV, cook-your-own breakfast w/eggs & fruit provided, seasonal A/C, and a pub & marina in walking distance.

A-Frame on Keuka Lake

This house has a suite with a king bed, mini-kitchen, and a full bath (shower). There is a second bedroom with a queen bed and a separate bath (tub/shower). There is a large living room, a full eat-in kitchen and an outdoor grill. Extra seating including a dining table and picnic table is available on the deck overlooking the lake. There is a separate rental unit (Keuka Beach House) along the lake that shares the beach and dock, just a one-minute walk down the hill.

There are two Ski areas within 10 miles from Karen's property; Bristol Mountain and Hunt Hollow.
