The Patch: a cozy country home on a country farm

Conveniently located from exit 10 on I-70, The Patch is an old country home in northern rural Preble County. Fully furnished, three-bedroom home with central air and WiFi. Main floor features a bedroom with a queen-size sleep number bed directly off a working area with two more bedrooms located upstairs. Walk into the full-size stocked kitchen with washer and dryer. A large patio provides privacy and relaxation with a view of the farm. Perfect for work crews, stays, or just passing through.

The place is kid-friendly, across from a wooded city park with rentable shelters, a playground and a basketball court. In a quiet residential area 3 blocks from Earlham College, 3.7 miles from Reid Hospital/IU East, 2.5 miles from Wayne County Fairground.
