Questo attico ha una fantastica vista in quanto le finestre si affacciano sul lago, proprio di fronte a Villa Pliniana. L appartamento fa parte di una antica villa di fine 800, ristrutturata. Ideale per rilassarsi, ascoltando il suono delle onde del lago, che lambiscono l'abitazione. Si trova nel centro del tipico paese di Carate Urio, di fronte alla caffetteria, alla farmacia, a due negozi di alimentari ed alla fermata dei bus C10 e C20. il parcheggio pubblico è davanti all'entrata della casa

Dalla casa sono facilmente raggiungibili località di alto interesse turistico: laghi Maggiore e Orta, il Monte Rosa e le sue valli, Parco del Ticino; mentre l'aeroporto di Malpensa è a soli 18 km.
