The Nest, Charming Country Setting south of Athens

This guest suite is located above the detached three car garage across from the main house. Beautiful views of the countryside, including horses and chickens! Sanford Stadium and beautiful downtown Athens are just 14 miles north of us (a 22 minute drive). Historic Madison is 19 miles to the south of us. You are welcome to fish or kayak on our pond as well. This peaceful home is part of a large farm, a place for bike rides, stargazing, long walks and bird watching. A swing set and playhouse are inside the large fenced yard that surrounds house. This property is located east of Lexington Ga, about halfway between the busy college town of Athens and quieter scenic Washington.

Our remodeled taxidermy turned cabin has two bedrooms and one full bath. Both bedrooms have closets. We have a full kitchen. The living room has a 50'' tv with digital channels and Hulu. WIFI is excellent throughout the entire cabin.
