This gueen-bed suite has a private entrance, a living room with wifi/tv, and a small, private bath, on a beautifully maintained property on 28A in N. Falmouth. Enjoy easy access to beaches & the bike path is across the street. The suite is priced based on two people, additional people - older kids, friends, are $40/night more; two twin blow-ups can be set up in living room. You must list the total amount of guests when booking. This house is not well suited to toddlers & young children.

Before or after breakfast, a walk (½ mile) to Forest Beach may be in order or simply relax in the hammock with a good book. Either way you’ll kick back and enjoy your stay. Welcome! This cheerful, clean and private 1st-floor bedroom is in a restored 1799 farmhouse.We are about halfway between Boston and the Cape Cod Canal and convenient to all major highways. Guests have a private entrance and newly renovated, bedroom/bath suite. Parking, a comfy queen-size bed, and TV are included as well as a fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Plymouth Rock, Plimoth Plantation, and "The Mayflower" are 10-15 minute drive. No cameras on property. We respect your privacy.

Room size is about 150 sqft, with queen bed and private bathroom. Steep stairs warning to whoever may have a concern. The bed of this room is medium soft. Avoid it if you require a firm one. Our guests do not have kitchen access and we don't have TVs in the guest rooms. Please check "Other things to note" section for parking options and cancellation policies. Free On-Site PARKING is at the BACK of our BnB is not accessible through our street address. When the lot is full, parking may involve tandem spots and you may need to leave your keys with us. We serve our continental breakfast from 8am -9:30am.
