Two short blocks to prospect park and famous Brooklyn Bandshell as well as half a block to the subway will make your commute a breeze to anywhere in Brooklyn or Manhattan. We love our neighborhood feel while still in the most exciting borough of New York!

We live on the top floor of a townhouse (classic Brooklyn Limestone) with lots of natural light, located on a dead-end street in a lively, safe, and diverse neighborhood, just around the corner from Prospect Park, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and delis. The Q train subway stop is a 2-minute walk away. We (myself and my 2 teenage kids) love to have guests and have welcomed visitors from all over the world for many years, and are happy to share tips on what to do and where to go in the city.

Beautiful, spacious basement space in the owners triplex, 1/2 a block from Prospect Park with a beautiful backyard, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and living/dining room. NY law requires that we technically share the space with you, but you have the space to yourself during your stay. The owner is home during your stay. We are walking distance to subways, restaurants, shopping, movies, zoo and more. We do have a large dog named Max who you may hear from time to time (barking).

Welcome to our newly-renovated, garden-level 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in a historic Brooklyn Brownstone! The location is ideal for the Brooklyn experience - Franklin Ave in Crown Heights, a restaurant/bar/cafe strip I’d put up against any in NYC. The only downside is you’ll want to move here.
