Logement spacieux de 100m2 environ décoré avec soin, avec jardin privatif, parking et accès à un bain nordique traditionnel (sur réservation pour mise en chauffe). Un bain nordique par séjour offert. Bains supplémentaires en sus Mon logement est proche des restaurants, des activités adaptées aux familles (pistes de ski fond et alpin, chemin de randonnée et VTT) et des transports en commun. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles.

Nous proposons le 1er étage de notre chalet familial, rénové à 100 % en 2024, après 2 années de très gros travaux d'isolation et d'embellissement pour un confort maximum. Un environnement exceptionnel, à 1900 m d'altitude, à 700 m de Brunissard, au bout d'un chemin forestier carrossable. L'hiver, l'accès est le plus souvent impossible en voiture, mais le chemin se fait facilement à pieds, même pour des enfants : prévoir plutôt des sacs à dos. (option moto-neige pour bagages) 5 G disponible !

Chalet paisible en pleine montagne

Notre chalet, cosy et chaleureux est situé dans un hameau "Le Planay" à 1700m d'altitude, proche d'un ruisseau (l'Ambin) et à deux pas du Parc National de la Vanoise. Vous pourrez profiter de nombreux sentiers balisés accessibles à tous au départ du chalet. Vous aurez toutes les chances de voir des animaux sauvages: biches, marmottes, gypaète. Amis des animaux bienvenus : nos 4 chats vivent au chalet. Ils passent la plupart de leur temps dehors, mais apprécient aussi la sieste sur le canapé !

Tout proche et dominant le village de Vallouise, le chalet de Marie lumineux et très confortable conçu par un architecte, est entouré d'un beau jardin de montagne, vous y serez au calme, dedans comme dehors vous y apprécierez la vue d'une montagne apaisante, l'exposition vous permettra de profiter du soleil toute la journée. Bien qu'à 5 mn à pied du centre du village et de ses commodités le lieu est très calme. La grande pièce à vivre est agrémentée d'un poêle pour vos soirées d'hiver.

Tout y est mais il faut y aller: Attention accès: Route de montagne étroite en terre de 4km accessible avec un véhicule rustique (fortement conseillé). Nous ne préconisons pas la montée en véhicules neufs et/ou bas de caisse. Altitude 1650 mètres. De début décembre à fin mars, en raison de l’enneigement, la montée se fait uniquement en randonnée à pied, comptez 45 minutes environ. Quatre trous de golf (pitch and putt), des clubs et des balles sont à votre disposition.
