The living room with kitchenette opens onto a sunny balcony (11 m2) with a beautiful view over the marina and the sea - perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or for relaxing evenings with views. The bedroom also has its own small balcony (2 m2) - a quiet backyard with sea view. The rooms are open, bright and stylishly furnished - ideal for everyone who wants to combine comfort, view and a special location. News: from June 2025 a newly built, 60m2 large and 12m long infinity pool with spacious loungers and direct view of the marina and Adria is available and can be used by all our guests together.
