Your 2 room place is independent at one end of my home. It is in a peaceful culdesac only mins from beautiful Kirra and Coolangatta beaches. A hideaway with solar heated pool, ample car space, canal views and west facing afternoon sunsets. Shops and restaurants nearby. A new kitchenette and washing machine is also included… as is a microwave, wok, toaster, and kettle. I also provide breakfast cereal, tea/coffee , milk, bread and spreads. IGA and Scales (fish and chips) close. Note house rules .

The Muddy offers a lovely one bedroom sanctuary with ensuite bathroom (with indoor shower) full kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine) and a large lounge with leather couches, TV and relaxing ambiance. You can park your car on the left hand side of driveway. There's a 2nd studio for friends or family. The studio is situated about 5 to 10 mins drive to Byron Bay. After booking please read house manual for instructions on what to do and where to get key etc. please leave fan on in bathroom when u go out and after using the shower .
