Enjoy a comfortable stay in this private second-floor apartment above attached garage with its own entrance. Sleeps up to 4, clean and well-equipped with everything you need. Dog friendly w/ prior approval. Limited yard access, weather permitting. Minimal cleaning fee, because the apartment is small, I don't charge much for cleaning, please leave space tidy, and i can keep fee low. On-site coin-operated laundry. Easy Electronic keypad check-in. We are close to the St. Lawrence River, Bridge to Canada. This is a SMOKE FREE Unit!

Welcome to Apt #2! A block away from the Pine Street Arena, and Sandstoner Park (which has a playground and a nice beach in the summer). Walking distance to downtown Potsdam, Clarkson, and Suny Potsdam. It has a double bed and a twin-sized bunk bed (sturdy enough for adults/attached to studs). The living room has a couch and a twin-sized air mattress in the chest. Weather permitting, access to the yard, fire pit, picnic table, hammock, and grill. Private entrance. Pet and 420 friendly.

At our clean and comfortable Loft suite, you will find yourself close to the colleges and downtown activities, while staying in a country setting on six acres of land, beautiful trees, dark, star-lit nights, and we have a swing set in the backyard that you can use. You will enjoy a completely private unit with its own private entrance and no shared spaces at all. You will find yourself surrounded by maple, spruce, and tamarack trees, and Clarkson University is close enough to see.

The apartment was restored while keeping the historical integrity in check. With vintage sink, clawfoot tub and 7' interior walls (not reaching ceiling as shown on photos) There is private parking and separate entrance. You get the entire apartment. The main level of this historical commercial building is operated by the building owner.
