Fully renovated in 2016, this contemporary lovely "cosy" XVIII house is ideally located in a an old quiet neighborhood still within Porto´s Unesco World Heritage area and close to its vast and magnificent historical center (20 mins walking distance). Also close to the city seaside promenade avenues, gardens and beaches, just 30 mins walking distance. All public transports stops are just 3 mins from the house at the river front that take you anywhere including Porto´s historical vintage tram.

Sea Roots - Garden Zone 1

Sea Roots "Garden Zone 1" is located in a small farm by the sea, in Mosteiros. It's composed by one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and private garden, as well as barbecue area. The town is very charming, a favourite for holidays amongst the island residents for its sunny weather, rock pools, fishing, diving and the amazing sunsets, which can only be contemplated from the western tip. There's a couple beach bars just steps away, where small meals and drinks can be enjoyed.
