This holiday home at the Costa Esmeralda is located just 80 metres from the beach and offers a unique view of the Mediterranean Sea from its private terrace and garden. There you can enjoy a barbecue and experience fantastic sunsets. The comfortable house with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms can easily accommodate 6 guests. Further rooms include a living area with a well-equipped kitchen and a large dining table. Additional amenities include a dishwasher, fans, cable TV, a cot and a high chair.

“Sa Pedra“ Open space a Porto San Paolo

Facilmente raggiungibile, Porto San Paolo dista 15 km dal porto di Olbia e 12 km dall’aeroporto Costa Smeralda. Il mio alloggio appena ristrutturato è il luogo perfetto per le coppie che vogliono trascorrere una piacevole vacanza al mare, non rinunciando al comfort. Vicino alle più belle spiagge della zona e a pochi minuti dalla piazza dove fruire del servizio di traghetti per l'isola di Tavolara. Nelle immediate vicinanze supermercati, ristoranti, banca, lavanderia e negozi di vario genere.

Porto Istana Surf House

Rilassati in quest'ambiente piccolo ma confortevole situato sulla collina giusto sopra l'incantevole spiaggia di Porto Istana. Il loft è per due persone, composta da un letto matrimoniale, una splendida doccia, la toilette. Vi è una piccola cucina con una piastra a induzione con due fuochi, un lavabo, un frigo e una macchina del caffè per darvi la giusta carica per la giornata su questa magnifica isola. Fuori avrete uno spazio libero con due comode poltrone e una doccia esterna

La suite e’ situata nel comprensorio di Monte Contros a Porto San Paolo, dal quale si gode di una vista panoramica sul mare. La suite è formata da una camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno privato e un giardino curato nel quale è situata la vasca idromassaggio ad uso esclusivo. L’alloggio è totalmente indipendente. Ogni dettaglio è stato curato per creare un'esperienza visiva pura, priva di distrazioni, che induce una sensazione di relax immediato come in un’oasi di pace.
