Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.

The vibrant city of Palermo is only one bay further (30 min driving). The building is in the historical centre of Porticello, a seaside village a few kilometres from Palermo, Monreale and Cefalù. A few metres away are the beaches of Olivella, the Bay of S.Nicolicchia and Sant'Elia where you can enjoy a good aperitif.

Il bagno è comodo ed è dotato di doccia e phon. Il loft ha un piccolo balcone con due sedie e tavolo,allarme e linea WIFI.
