Everyone will feel comfortable in this spacious and unique accommodation with a beautiful view. The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.

Apartment Franko A3 is located close to the beach and only 3 km from the city center Porec. The apartment is ideal for 3 guests. It is located on the ground floor and consists of a kitchen, a living area with a dining table and a single bed, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The guests have a terrace overlooking the garden. There is a shared garden which the guests can use. The apartment also has air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, and private parking. Pets are not allowed.
