A short walk or drive to Nevada Beach and Round Hill Beach. Quick access to South Lake Tahoe, casinos, restaurants, and Heavenly Gondola to hit the slopes. Also, relax in our 6-person hot tub! Please note, we have an onsite caretaker in a separate apartment on the first floor that can assist with your stay as needed.

This home is one story making it great for kids and grandparents alike. There is a detached WFH heated office that is perfect for those who are working from home and need a bit more privacy for meetings. This home is a fan favorite for a reason!

Unwind in a sparkling clean hot tub under the stars and relax on your own private patio. Hot tub is open year around but Patio and BBQ are not available in winter Dec-Mar due to snow. (Hot tub quiet hrs 10-8 No music in hot tub) This is a cozy, spotless, downstairs retreat (BOTTOM FLOOR OF OUR HOME) with private entrance. Next to miles of trails, 15 minutes away from Tahoe’s beaches and skiing. Curl up under a cozy down comforters and fall asleep listening to the wind in the pines.

( different price per night, the downstairs suite will be locked if you rent upstairs) I am a hospital medicine physician and my husband is an engineer.
