This fun, funky, vintage cottage built in the 1940's is just 4 blocks to the ocean, Seawalk Pavilion & Jax Beach Festivals, and 2 blocks to restaurants, Publix Grocery, Yoga studios and Ginger's Place (a haunted bar!). This cottage was hand-crafted by a master carpenter in the 80s and displays beautiful woodwork throughout. It is located within a half mile of three popular local restaurants and only steps to the beach! It also features a magnificent view of the nearby Castle Otttis.

It is across the street from the pier and the piers weekly farmers market. It is a short drive to historic downtown St Augustine. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.
