Ospitalità in autentica Villa del 1700.

Villa Gropella è un'antica dimora del 1700 mantenuta nel suo stato originale, in grado di ospitare fino a 14 persone in 5 camere. Tutte le stanze hanno il bagno privato e sono tutte arredate con mobili dell'epoca. Biliardo, salotto, sala da pranzo e l'ampio parco sono a disposizione dei nostri ospiti per godere appieno dell'atmosfera del luogo. La struttura è gestita con passione dai proprietari che la abitano insieme ai nonni, alle figlie e alla piccola Penny che ne custodisce i sacri confini.

Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

Ancient 18th century villa, built among the sweet, rolling hills of Monferrato, with panoramic views of vineyards, fields, forests and the spectacular Alps in the background, in a UNESCO world heritage land. Possibility of relaxing or sporting activities such as hiking, mountain biking, indoor climbing, horseback riding, golf and more. Swimming pool available for our guests. Meals from breakfast to dinner are bookable as an extra facility to your stay by the bistrot/restaurant of the tenuta.

Ca'Delle Rondini - Vineyard Estate with Panorama

Ca'Delle Rondini is a beautifully restored Piedmontese farmhouse at 550 metres above sea level, surrounded by vineyards and woodland. The view is one of its defining features — an uninterrupted panorama across the Langhe hills towards the Alps, with Monte Viso visible on clear days. The blue room has a bathroom in the suite. 2 other bathrooms, one of which is a service bathroom. All services available in the village.

Au coeur du monferrato, dans un endroit calme et relaxant. Au premier étage d'une ferme construite en 1880 et qui vient d'être restructurée dans le respect de son charme passé et avec tout le confort qu'un voyageur peut attendre (air condition, coffre-fort, moustiquaires...) les meubles ont entre 100 et 250 ans.
