This is a unique duplex built in the 1920’s. You will have the entire top unit to yourself. It’s 850 sq ft. and houses up to 6 people. There’s 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. It has 1 queen bed, 1 full bed and the couch folds out into a queen bed as well. There is a big covered porch with seating to enjoy your mornings and evenings. It is centrally located near ISU. We’re located in a safe quiet neighborhood close to Idaho State University, hospital, and with easy access to interstate. The studio has a separate entrance and is easy to come and go and has tons of natural light. There is a queen bed and also a twin sized pull-out sofa bed for an extra quest if needed.
