Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

The apartment is suitable for couples or guests up to max. 3 persons. You can store your ski or other things in the cellar.

Eine Bushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist geeignet für sportliche Paare, Familien mit Kindern sowie für Geschäftsreisende und Alleinreisende.

Auf der großen Terrasse stehen Ihnen ein Holz-Barbecue, Liegestühle und ein Kinderspielplatz mit Tischfußball und eine Sandkiste für die Kleinsten zur Verfügung. Wir haben einen privaten Parkplatz und die Skifahrer können unseren Skiraum verwenden.
