Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. It's riverfront with its own dock and private boat landing. It's a wonderful place to unwind. You can enjoy fishing directly from the dock or you can bring your own boat and have a day out in the waterways. Great location for duck hunting. The house is not too far from the Backwoods Quail Club. You can go to downtown Front Street by the waterways or by car in a short time and have fun-filled day shopping and checking out the local restaurants.

Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. This place is truly a retreat- a 3 bedroom house on the beautiful Black River in Georgetown. Four kayaks provided, swim or fish off the dock just a few steps from the house.

Maggie Jo’s paradise on the river !

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Maggie jo is a 1970 completely restore houseboat. She has got a full size refrigerator , gas range ,microwave and toaster oven. Out on the back deck she has a gas grill. The aft berth has 2 full beds that are extremely comfortable. Galley dinette make into bed and the couch in the saloon pulls out also. While on the decks you will see eagles, dolphins , gator or fishing jumping out of the water. I also have 2 tandem kayaks for your use.
