Look out at the pristine City Hall with the Statue of Liberty and a bronze sculpture marking the city where Honest Abe visited just before announcing his run for Presidency. The original bricks and hardwood in this unique 170-year-old home have stood the test of time. Take a an elevator (or stairs) to the 2nd floor. Located in the heart of historic downtown Leavenworth, the First City of Kansas. Within a few blocks are several coffee shops, bakeries, boutiques, and bars. Located only 10 miles from the award-winning tourist town of Weston, which has many breweries, wineries, and hiking trails. You won't find this anywhere else! Original wide hardwood floors that were laid 165 years ago and the original brick walls that have stood the test of time. A view from nine windows that overlook our pristine city hall with the statue of liberty and statue of Abraham Lincoln. (Lincoln announced his run for presidency right there in Leavenworth!) And to think, he most likely walked across the street and came in our building as it was a saloon at the time! You will enter our loft from the street by keypad and there is a small room leading to our new elevator (big steel door) to take you to the 2nd floor. Directions for the elevator are on the wall. Very easy, just always close the white accordian door to elevator in case your party calls it from another floor. Your party is the only people who have access to this elevator. Ride a custom elevator to the open yet cozy space above the host's candle and gift boutique. The flat is a great base to explore KC, Fort Leavenworth, the county seat, and quaint Weston, MO. Shops, restaurants, coffeehouses, and bars are steps away. There is a large parking lot behind the building on 5th street. 65" tv, but we do not have cable. There is a dvd player, and you are welcome to hook your phone to the tv to watch your prime video, hulu, etc. That is what we do, and use the data from our phone or computer to display on the tv screen!

Country Charm

This House is located in a quiet neighborhood one block off Main street here in Beaver Dam, KY. Enjoy a nice cozy country home while you visit. It is fully finished so you will feel right home. The property sits on a corner lot with access from both streets. The house has a front porch for lazy evening to catch some fresh air. You can pull right up underneath the carport for easy access to the back door for entry. The home offers a nice yard and fire pit. You are minutes from stores/ food.

The Rock House, close to Branson MO.

The Rock House is a 1940's giraffe rock duplex that we've renovated. Located in the historic downtown area, a country garden setting with an artistic vibe. Our home, garden, stage & studio are part of this large complex. our Air B&B is a private large suite with its own parking and separate entrance. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Table Rock Lake, The James River, Silver Dollar City, Branson, hiking trails, boating, fishing, kayaking, shopping, and theaters are all within 10 miles.

For a tiny house it has a spacious lower level with vaulted ceiling and upper bedroom loft. Wifi & smart TV. Nice warm heat and cool AC. Outdoor activity includes hammocks, swimming, boating (canoe, kayaks, john boat). For fishing we have boats, nets & fish-dressing station (bring poles & bait). About 13 miles from Palmyra and Monroe, nearest gas and groceries.

Set about a quarter mile off the road, our pet friendly solar powered vacation cottage is a perfect getaway for anyone trying to spend some alone time with nature! Guests have complete privacy inside the cottage with a full kitchen, two TV's, Wi-Fi, and a mini split system for heating and cooling. As well as exclusive access to the hot tub, fire pit and pond outside! We also have various shared hiking trails through the woods surrounding the cottage for campers and cottage guests to enjoy!

This is also part of a working Longhorn Ranch so expect to see some beautiful cattle. Tour of main ranch can be arranged.

A newly built "tiny cabin" on 125 acres of Ozark fields and forest. Designed for those who want to sample a simpler life. Hike in our woods, ride bicycles, view wildlife, enjoy a bonfire and star gazing, or relax on the porch or in a hammock. The cabin is equipped with everything you need for your cabin experience, including a cooking supplies, linens, bath house and composting toilet. The cabin was originally built to be off-the grid, but now has electric, heat, ac, and a wood stove!

Hop inside this time capsule dating back to WWII. Platform1346 is a renovated troop train kitchen car that sits on the family's flower farm and is adjacent to the Smoky Mountains. It has been showcased on television on The Design Network's "Tiny Bnb" and websites like the Travel Channel and NBC's Today Show, countless TikTok's, YouTube and IG videos and also news outlets all over the world! This 1943 train car offers a maximized and well designed layout for your relaxing getaway!

Carbondale Pool House - Sauna, Hot Tub, Dogs OK

Rated in “Top 1%” by Airbnb, the Pool House is a separate cottage surrounded by gardens and swimming pool, with retro "Danish Modern" furniture, a gourmet kitchen and plush beds. We have recently added a Finnish Sauna and Japanese Ofuro Soaking Tub. We accept well behaved dogs for a fee of $35 a night. We allow only guests and friends of the Pool House on the grounds, gardens or pool. Hosts are Jane, anthropologist and D. a retired photojournalist for the New York Times.

The Courthouse Loft resides in the historic courthouse used in the mid 1900s on the second floor of The City House. The original railing and gate of courtroom divides the 825 soft studio style layout. Loft has a separated bath and laundry and a patio with hot tub! Mid century and historic style will wrap you in comfort and luxury during your stay. We are above a coffee shop, so pop downstairs for breakfast and your morning brew! Oh, and never a cleaning fee!
