Le studio est composé d une pièce à vivre avec un canapé et une table à manger, le lit double est en mezzanine et la cuisine est équipée du nécessaire. Le studio est en rez de chaussée d une cour typiquement parisienne pavée et faite par un architecte. En sortant de la cour vous avez énormément de restaurants et commerces accessibles à pieds ainsi que le Marais et sa place des Vosges emblématique à 5 minutes.

Appartement de 25 m2 situé au premier étage d'une maison dans la rue Crémieux. La rue Crémieux est une agréable rue piétonne et colorée. L'appartement est très lumineux. Il est composé de 2 pièces et possède 3 grandes fenêtres. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Il n'y a cependant pas de porte entre le salon et la chambre. Il se situe au premier étage sans ascenseur. Au rez de chaussée se trouve un cabinet d'orthoptie qui est ouvert dans la journée.

Very nice 506 sq. ft. loft situated along a cobbled passage with a small terrace and away from noisy Parisian streets. Neighborhood offers a large variety of restaurants (including French cuisine). We have a parking spot which is accessible with a swipe card (price: 30 euros/day). Metro line: 9 and buses two minutes away (76.56.46,61)
