The house spans across two floors, with a large living room, kitchen, and toilette located on the ground floor. The first floor comprises of three rooms, each with its own bathroom and AC. The house has a beautiful garden adorned with a variety of flowers and plants, and a stunning pool that provides a perfect oasis for relaxation.

The seaside cottage is constantly being renovated and is now available for up to 4 people with one large bedroom that includes two beds. There is a kitchen equipped with cooking station, fridge, all sorts of cookware, pans, kitchen tools and running hot water. The bathroom has been renovated and it has hot water whole year. Distance from the sea is only 20m.

Das ganze Haus ist geschossoffen, dh. zwischen den Geschossen befinden sich nur Treppen, keine Tueren. Im Garten sind Orangen-, Zitronen-, Granantapfel- und Mandelbaum und ein weiterer Sitzplatz.
